How can I participate?

You can join the BELIEVE conference by filling out the Registration form. The event takes place at IBM Studios in Milan on June 23, starting at 9:00am.

Can I watch BELIEVE online?

No. The conference is exclusively an in-person event, held in Milan at the IBM Studios.

Is the event free?

Yes. The event is free for all participants.

Will you be providing simultaneous translation in English?

No, the event will only be in Italian.

I didn’t get a registration confirmation / I wasn’t able to complete my registration. Now what?

Simply send an email to believe@illimity.com or call +39 331 121.3243. We are here to assist you from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

I have signed up but now can’t make it. How do I cancel my spot?

Will I be able to re-watch the event at a later date?

No. The event will not be streamed online and is only for in person participation. After the event, we will be publishing some videos and highlights, however.

How early should I get to the venue?

We suggest arriving at the IBM Studios by 9am. We will be registering all participants between 9-10am with the conference opening at 10:00am.

Where can I park my car?

There are a number of private parking structures and public parking places in the area around the IBM Studios.

Is there access for diversely abled persons?

Of course, there are no barriers to impede access to the IBM Studios and its various spaces.

Do I have to forewarn someone that I have a wheelchair?

This is not necessary. IBM Studios staff are ready to support you in any way and to provide additional information to all participants upon arrival.
